Wonderful picture-perfect beach

We loved the unique experience of having breakfast right on the beach every morning, where the view of the sea was absolutely breathtaking.

It was just a nice choice for spending a night in Tulum with good value. The beach service with the table and lounge chairs was a real highlight. Make sure to check if you need to book a tour in advance.

Amazing beach access and friendly staff, but the wifi was very weak.

great suite but inconsistent dining experience

We loved the spaciousness of suite #6, which gave us a comfortable stay. Staff members were friendly and eager to help, enhancing our experience. The location near the Mayan ruins added excitement to our trip. A highlight was enjoying the beautiful garden view while having coffee.

The quality of the coffee and cake during the 4pm gathering varied during our stay.

The location was amazing, close to beautiful beach access and bike rentals for Tulum explorations. Access to a beach club was a nice touch! Hitting the nearby ruins was easy with the free bikes provided. Perfect for families looking for a relaxed vibe and direct beach access.

this hotel went above and beyond my expectations in tulum. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, helping us book scooter rentals and local tours. the beach access was a major win, along with the daily breakfast which was fresh and delicious.

The staff was very nice, always eager to assist us with anything we needed. We needed milk for our daughter and they helped find a way.

The staff were exceptionally kind, providing personal assistance with everything from my luggage to local restaurant recommendations. The beach access was sublime, offering a peaceful retreat with clean sands and stunning turquoise waters, perfect for relaxation.

I enjoyed my stay at El Paraiso Hotel. The beach access and attentive staff enhanced my experience. However, the breakfast and restaurant closing early were drawbacks. Overall, a lovely place for short visits.

The Deluxe Double Room was super comfortable and really clean. Having a mini fridge was a nice touch for snacks and drinks. Plus, the outside patio was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The AC worked great too, and we felt safe in the area. No complaints about the room at all!

The beach club area was pristine, without any seaweed, making it a beautiful spot to relax. The price for renting two sun beds, enjoying lunch, and sipping cocktails was quite reasonable compared to other locations. However, I was disheartened by the presence of children selling crafts in the area, where it seemed that the earnings weren’t benefiting them directly, which cast a shadow on an otherwise lovely experience.
